This TITANIUM Ballistic II Windproof Fleece Jacket, made by Columbia and a major component of their quality TITANIUM line of high-end technical apparel, is an incredibly durable, rugged, outdoor garment for those crazy 3-season conditions. This wind-resistant mid-weight fleece jacket has Columbia's 3-point Interchange System which allows you to wear this fleece as a liner under a waterproof shell or as a jacket on its own.
